Contact USSSA Helpdesk:
If you cannot access the current email associated with your USSSA account or face issues updating your email through the website, you should contact the USSSA helpdesk directly via email at [email protected].
Provide Necessary Information:
In your email to the helpdesk, include all necessary information to help identify your account. This may include:
For players or guardians: player's name, date of birth, and the team name they are associated with.
For managers or officials: your full name, any known usernames, and possibly the team(s) you manage or officiate.
Specify the Email Update Request:
Clearly state that you are requesting to update the email address associated with your account. Provide both the old email address (if known) and the new email address you wish to use.
Follow USSSA Instructions:
The USSSA helpdesk will respond with instructions or may directly update the email for you. In some cases, they may require additional verification to ensure the security of your account.
Confirmation:
Once your email address has been updated, USSSA should provide confirmation. You may receive login credentials to your new email address, or instructions on how to set up a new password.
