Navigate to the USSSA website (USSSA - United States Specialty Sports Association ) and log in to your Manager account. If you don't have an account, you will need to create one before proceeding.

Once logged in, locate the left menu on the dashboard. Look for the option labeled "Create A New Team" and click on it​​.

After clicking on "Create A New Team," you will be prompted to select the sport for which you are creating the team. Make your selection based on the sport your team will participate in​​.

Fill out all required fields related to your team, such as team name, age division, classification, and any other necessary information. Ensure all information is accurate to avoid any registration issues.

For the coaches to complete their background checks, proceed with the creation process. The option for the background check will appear after selecting the sport and proceeding with the team creation. Coaches need to request their background checks during this step. Once the background checks are clear, the registration process can be paused or completed​​​​.

After all information is entered and any necessary background checks are initiated, follow the prompts to finalize the creation of your new team. You may be required to confirm the details or complete additional steps based on USSSA requirements.

Once your team is successfully created, you should receive a confirmation from USSSA. From there, you can manage your team roster, sign up for tournaments, and access other management functions through your USSSA dashboard.
